Who we are
This website belongs to Pulster, a brand operated by Metaverso, S.A., based in Guatemala City. In this notice, "we" refers to Pulster.
What data we receive
When you fill out the form to book a meeting, we receive your name, work email, company, country of interest and, if you share them, your phone number, your team, and a message. We do not ask for sensitive data.
How we use it
Only to contact you about the meeting you requested and to follow up on that conversation. If you give us your phone number, we use it only to coordinate that meeting. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use FormSubmit, a form delivery service, so your message reaches our sales team’s email. FormSubmit only transmits your message and handles it under its own terms. If we later use another tool to schedule meetings, we will list it here.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a business relationship or an active conversation with you, and afterwards for the time needed to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop sending you messages. Contact us through our form, and we will respond.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. If we measure visits, we use tools that do not identify individuals.
Platform data
The mobility data used in our products is aggregated and anonymized: it shows how groups of people move, not individuals. More details on our Security and privacy page.
